Domain transfer administration fee £10.00 +VAT per domain (£12.00), payable in advance.  Transfer requests will only be accepted from the registrant or from a person the registrant has previously named to us as  authorised to act on their behalf. We reserve the right to confirm the transfer with the registrant prior to starting the process.

Before you request a transfer please ensure that the contact email address held for the domain name is correct and current.

For US domains (.com, .net, org) please enter just the domain name.  We will unlock the domain and send the EPP code to the registrant contact’s email address.  The recipient will need to authorise the transfer through that email within 5 days or it will fail.

For UK (.uk) domains, please enter the domain name you wish us to transfer and the IPS-TAG of the new ISP in the format:
Domain_name, IPS-TAG

We will send an email once a UK domain transfer is complete.
